Today in Motivational Monday I have written about the Mastermind principle. I remember reading Napolean Hill's classic Think and Grow Rich and how that one principle really stuck with me. Through the years, I have participated in many mastermind groups and each time they encouraged me and inspired me to reach for my goals and dreams. If you are serious about taking your success to the next level I encourage you to reach out to at least one person this week and start your Success Group even if it's only with one other person. When you meet with your team I suggest that you talk about your big goals and dreams and then tell the group the goals you are going to achieve before the next meeting. I promise you it will keep you accountable. When you tell the group you are going to make 10 phone calls before the next meeting it keeps your mind moving toward that goal.

I will caution you that this will not be easy. It takes discipline to stay connected to a group and not make excuses but I  promise you that it is worth it !
